ON THE ROCKS – REALITY SHOW is a behind-the-scenes look at the process that show writer/producer/director, Jeb K. Rand, goes through as he launches a new show. This docu-drama series follows Jeb on his day-to-day journey, while dealing with the many different (often times challenging) personalities associated with building and launching a professional show.

Jeb has been involved in entertainment, figure skating & NYC Theatre for over 30 years. As a former amateur competitor, Jeb (with his wife, Jennifer) were US national & international figure skating team members. Together, they were featured principal performers in ‘Ice Capades’, ‘Disney on Ice’, ‘Stars on Ice Europe’, and most notably, in Radio City Music Hall’s 'Christmas Spectacular, starring the Radio City Rockettes'. As a writer, producer, and director, Jeb has compiled over 100 credits, working with some of the world's leading resorts, casinos, theatres, theme parks, television networks, production houses, and fortune 500 companies.
